2. Payment Terms

We use the collected information for various purposes, including:

• All payments must be made as per agreed milestones.
• Late payments may result in service delays or penalties.

3. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of shared project and business information.

4. Ownership & Intellectual Property

• Deliverables remain the property of EKSqaure until full payment is made.
• Upon final payment, ownership is transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed.

5. Limitation of Liability

EKSqaure shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the contract with written notice. Refunds (if applicable) will follow the refund policy above.

7. Jurisdiction

All agreements are governed by the laws of Pakistan, with legal jurisdiction in Islamabad.
